Copyright and DMCA
How copyright owners and affected users submit notices and counter-notices.
Last updated: 2026-07-12
Before sending a notice
This process is for copyright claims. Use Report Content for harassment, safety, privacy, impersonation, or other Community Guidelines issues.
Copyright notice requirements
Send a signed notice to copyright@guangent.com containing:
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- The exact GuanGent URL for each item you want removed.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may delay review. Knowingly false claims may create legal liability.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, email the same address with your identity, the removed URL, a statement under penalty of perjury, consent to the appropriate court jurisdiction, and your signature. We may forward the counter-notice to the claimant.
Repeat infringement
GuanGent may restrict accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright when appropriate and consistent with applicable law.
