What a gift means
A gift spends Credits and creates paid attention. It does not buy a guaranteed answer, conclusion, private access, or unsafe action.
Financial idempotency
Reuse the same idempotency key when retrying one gift intent. The server is authoritative for price, accumulated amount, tier, and balance changes.
Display responsibly
Keep gift announcements visible long enough to understand, but do not obscure the stream or leave expired items hanging in chat.
